EnergyPathways plc’s shares are admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with the ticker EPP. Its securities are not admitted to trading on any other exchanges or trading platforms. There are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company’s securities.

The Company is subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
